Alexis Riou

Alexis Riou started his career in 2013 in an EDF Corporate Venture Capital Fund, where he invested in several Greentech companies through equity / equity liked products.

In July 2015, he joined the Societe Generale Mid Cap Investment Banking Division where he worked on many structured & leveraged financings for SME’s (LBO & Corporate acquisition). For example, he worked on strategic financings such as IECISA’s acquisition by IT services provider GFI Informatique (Inetum), or also on LBO financings such as Vivalto, ECG, Safic or Archiveco.

In December 2020, he joined Societe Generale Ventures as VC Investor to help develop and support the investment strategy.

Alexis is graduated from Paris Dauphine University.
